AI FEMALE group

I KNOW ITS BAD!! DX Anyway,theese are some of my human (ish) versions of some famous Female Artificial intelligence that,though obviously psychotic/murderous/evil or even helpful and sweet, you can't help but love them.
Sadly,I own none of them,anyhow,here they all are in order:

VIKI (c) 'I,robot'

ARIA (c) 'Eagle Eye'

SAL 9000 *HAL's sister* (c) '2010:The year we make Contact'

SHODAN (c) 'System Shock'

GLaDOS (c) 'Portal/Portal 2'

Yes I AM gonna draw the boy's,too. I just need to find some more paper and think up some looks for some of them,that's all.
